About

Griffin Nedelka is an enthusiastic theater technician, and his main focus is lighting design and programming. He lives in Dover, New Hampshire, and is currently a senior at Berwick Academy. There, he is a dedicated student who is well-liked by his teachers and provides his strengths to the theater. Outside of the theater, Griffin enjoys spending time around the house with his family, and his two cats, Marm and Machi. He also spends his free time drawing and working on stained glass suncatchers, like the three on the left.
In the future, Griffin is looking forward to improving the curriculum of technical theater for younger students at Berwick Academy and is taking students under his wing as ALDs this year during productions, to help strengthen the theater community as a whole. He has entered a program at Berwick called Pathways, where he will be given more opportunities to work on his art forms, strengthen his current knowledge, and branch out of the school environment. He has started working as a spotlight operator and electrician at the Seacoast Repertory Theater and hopes to continue to work there with their team and learn more from them.
Griffin is also an avid scholar, taking multiple honors and pinnacle courses. He has a variety of artwork planned for the future; Glass masquerade masks, portraits, another Innovation Pursuit, and much more. Griffin is also passionate about psychology and neuroscience, taking courses on the subjects both at school and summer programs.
